Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges

All our prices include VAT - The price you see is the price you pay.

We charge £3.95 for delivery, for most orders to UK Mainland.
Heavier items are charged at 25p/kg extra or at a fixed charge.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown clearly, before you give your payment details.

Larger items are sent on a next working day delivery service.
Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

To calculate your shipping charges, please add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout. Your shipping charges will be shown clearly, before you place your order.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours, subject to stock.

If you would prefer your order to be delivered on a certain date,
please advise us at the time of ordering and we will endeavour to
meet your request.

Some orders may be despatched direct from the manufacturers or importers, under our arrangement, with the same delivery terms.

If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date and you will be given the option of cancelling your order or waiting until that date.

Postage and packaging is charged per delivery address and will endeavour to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you and by the delivery dates estimated by us.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards and also cheques, however when paying by cheque, goods are despatched on clearance of your cheque.

Returns
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the goods in their original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
You will however, be responsible for the actual cost of carriage in sending the goods to you and in returning them to us.
Full details of our returns procedure are provided with your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIOM

Descriptions
We have tried to be as accurate as possible with our images, sizes and specifications and descriptions of goods for sale on our website. However, manufacturers sometimes make small changes to their products and photographs and especially colours of items may vary slightly to that shown. All dimensions are approximate.

Returns
Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you change your mind you may return your items for a refund within seven days, provided that the items are still boxed and in their original saleable condition, otherwise we regret that we will not be able to accept them for a refund. This is not a "try-out guarantee" and it is essential that we receive the unwanted items back within seven days from the day you received them in order for us to process your refund. Please note that colours of items cannot be reproduced exactly on our website and should be taken as a rough guide only. As many of our items, such as cages and playstands etc, are very heavy and as such expensive to ship, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping the items to you and returning the items to us if you have simply changed your mind and no longer require the items or if a particular colour of an item is unsuitable.

Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery that has been attempted by our carriers, a card will be left with the phone number of the carrier's depot that is nearest to you. You MUST contact the depot within 5 days to arrange re-delivery. If you do not contact the depot, your goods are automatically returned to us by the carriers. We have to pay the carriers for this return. As such, we have to charge £8.95 to re-send the goods back to you. We regret to charge this, but this only partially covers our costs of return and re-sending.
PLEASE contact your local depot if you miss your delivery!

Defective Items
You can always return items if they are defective. We must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery date if any items have arrived damaged. Faulty or defective items should be returned to us in their original packaging and we will exchange them for new items by return, subject to the items being currently in stock. If the items are not in stock and you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to refund you in full. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to an item by the customer, for example whilst assembling a cage etc.It is important to note that items found not to be faulty will be returned to you and carriage charged and items found to have customer damage will incur a repair charge.

Delivery Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift wrapping.

The photographic product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product. Design revisions and colour variations may exist.
