Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?
We usually despatch your order within 24-48 hours, subject to stock. If your order is out of stock, we will e-mail you to give you an estimate of when we expect to be able to despatch your goods. If you are unhappy with the wait, you are given the option of cancelling your order, or accepting a simular item as a replacement. We do not despatch or deliver on weekends.

What are your delivery charges?
We charge £3.95 for our Standard Delivery Service and £5.95 for our Priority Delivery Service. Heavier items have a weight surcharge. More details of our delivery charges can be found on our 'Terms & Conditions' page.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices you see on our website are fully inclusive. The price you see is the price you pay. The only extra is the delivery charge.

What if I change my mind?
If you no longer require your order after you receive it, you can return the order in its original condition, within 7 days, with all packaging, manuals etc., for a full refund, excluding the carriage charge. For heavy items, you will be responsible for the actual carriage charge in sending the goods to you and for the return.

What is the difference between Standard and Priority Delivery?
With Standard Delivery your goods may be despatched, for example, by Parcelforce, which is a 3-7 day service. If you choose Priority Delivery, your goods will always be despatched by a next day carrier, either via a courier service, or for smaller items, Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class. Please note that choosing Priority Delivery does not guarantee that your goods will be received in 48 hours, only that we will use a next working day service to ship your goods.

What if I am out when my delivery arrives?
If your order was delivered by carrier, a card will be left with contact details. You must contact the carrier within 5 days to re-arrange delivery. If you do not contact the carrier, one more attempt will be made to deliver your goods. If the carrier is still unsuccessful and you fail to contact them, your goods are automatically returned to us. You may then incur further charges for re-delivery of the goods. Please contact the carrier if you miss your delivery.
